hey bro..i m Black E72 user too..kindly add me to the user list..
i got 1 question that i previously asked at V1,but seem no 1 answer me...
when i use Nokia browser to surf net,the * key is zoom in and the # key is zoom out (or vice-versa)..
i found tat the # key become no function in browser,i cant zoom out,until i changed the short cut key to 8,then press 8 can zoom out d,but the # still no function..i factory reset d also the same...i updated to the newest firmware d also same..but in normal sms text ,the # is function 1..just the shortcut key for # in browser not function..

any idea?

GSM Arena stated that there is an auto-rotate feature on the phone. But I am not able to use this feature...
Does this feature really exist in E72, and if yes, can someone teach me how to activate it?

One more thing, regarding the torch function of the phone. The torch is not functioning sometimes when I'd long pressed the space bar function. I tried many times long pressed the space bar and yet it still won't works, until I restart the phone. Does you guys encounter the same problems too?

How about the flip case from nokia itself? I heard that is only RM59

Today i just got my E72 back from the service center Now using the latest firmware 23.002

did they tell u what caused it to happen?

Nope but they told me not to use the Nokia Software updater. If wanna upgrade software just bring it to them Epic fail software imo.
