Mine is E72 grey metal color.

Btw i used the Nokia PC suite to update the software to 23.005 but after the update was completed my phone couldnt start so i had to send the phone for warranty anyone experienced this before?

My bad.. its Grey Metal color. Edited my post already.

I could be wrong with the last digit as thats what i remembered after looking at the NSU progress bar but confirm the first 3 numbers were 023.xxx. Anyway my phone couldnt start after finish updating through NSU and i can only feel a short vibration when i hold down the power button

how to reflash it when my phone cannot turn on? the NSU now cannot detect my phone because its off.

Today i just got my E72 back from the service center Now using the latest firmware 23.002

Nope but they told me not to use the Nokia Software updater. If wanna upgrade software just bring it to them Epic fail software imo.

Anyone knows how to set the phone not to use 3G service? I prefer to use Wifi as i dont have to pay as i use

Anyone knows if its possible to share files via LAN between the phone and a PC via a home network router? Been googling around here and there but couldnt find an answer

Sigh...Garmin still unstable for this model despite changing the settings as guided. Seriously hoping they will fix this issue with a new version/firmware.

Anyone tested garmin on the new firmware? I hope they fixed the stability issue.
