u wanna use it to online to do wat 1st.. require fast internet? if jus email, a bit of operaing, i think digi rm58 is d best suited , as it is unlimited plus if u r in 3g area u able to tap in to the 3g speed for 3g quota monthly after quota will throttled to edge speed..

Thanks for the infor. mine is black starhub model. well i realise mine no waranty since its from sg sad.gif i got this as a gift from boss so couldnt do anytin about it . well can i change the code to 0586208: MALAYSIA QW BLACK ? to get latest firmware? bythe way does the latest firmware is stable?

me badly wana new firmware cos there is a forumer says

if u jus wan the ovi map.. jus install ovi map nia la.. no need to update firmware to install de ma.. even my e71 can install

Well, you have to set it up properly first.

For example, when you set up your contact, beside the usual Name & Phone Number etc, you also select "Add Location" and select the location of that person. Only then will it work seamlessly.

In "Add Location", you will be taken to Nokia Maps directly where you pick the location using several methods available to you.

As for whether you need to upgrade to latest firmware or not for Nokia Maps to work seamlessly or not, well, I am not sure because I updated mine before updating Nokia Maps 3.03 from 3.01

Emails doesn't seem to be working... After I type in my yahoo username/password, it just returns to normal screen and nothing happens...

Only hotmail works which installed automatically after installing Windows Live Messenger...

Setting up Lotus Notes failed as well, tried both http and https... Do we need to change the ports or something?

I do have a strange encounter with Yahoo mail on my E52. If my password contain certain symbols like *^%$ etc, it will simply not work. Once changed to normal ABC and 123, it work. Don't ask me why.

guess ur email is using the telco access point lor then.. check whether u can define it from the messaging there..

i don think i'll require very fast internet. i just need a line that enable me to online without being worry that my bill will shoot up to RM200 - 300++. anyway thanks for you advice coz i think the digi rm58 sounds like wat i need. haha. how bout digi iphone plan? is it good? i mean the digi i88?? coz my fren wan the iphone so i can sell him and i take the line. haha.
