cheapest ON whey protein i found is on lowyat... RM 180 for 5lbs
i guess the pro complex adds a lot of other things.. not necessary really, just get the basic stuff |

Yes, cut down on fat and eat more protein and fresh vegetables. Lean meat is the best, like steak. Eggs and fish are good too. Some meat is very fatty so watch out! You can also try protein drinks but I haven't done that myself. I used to work out a lot but then I started to have a lot of aches and pains from overdoing it and I had to start seeing a massage therapist nj. Seeing her has helped a lot and I'm starting to work out more again.

go to bodybuilding.com and you will find some suitable workouts for beginner...but you can always make your own workout rountine with the one from bodybuilding as a frame
