yes you have to pay rent regardless since you are still renting that room during that duration and it is your responsibility to pay rent no matter you are there or not since they can't rent the place to some other person during that duration.

So it means if i want to take this course, the only way is through ADP?

Yeah the only possible way through Taylor's now is you go through ADP or you do a pre-u programme and then go to some other University.It's kinda hard to find the course you want in Malaysia ^^" Mostly you might have to go Overseas if you want to study it.

taylor's college subang campus wifi always not accessible? can connect, but cannot connect to the internet. been trying for the past 9 months i've been in here. my iphone cannot connect, laptop cannot connect. there was once i did, possibly by luck. but the problem is, even if i did connect, there's no this, login page like the ixcess in lakeside campus. is anyone facing the same problem too?

you can try to connect in library...i try once. Mayb my luck laa...but i cant connect ixcess in class even though my hp detect it.

Same case for me, wonder what's their problem. Just use computer from The Web or Library. (although the speed is super slow when alot people is using)

Hostel rents do not count according to your semester unless you shall be graduating. Since different programmes have different study periods. You sign a contract for a year for the Hostels and even if you do not stay there during semester holidays you are obliged to pay rent during your contract's duration.

Well first of all to consider is which pre-u to take after SPM after that only about QS ^^
You can either take Foundation in Natural and Built Environments in TUC or the pre-u programmes like CAL,SAM,CPU and IBDP in Taylor's College.

Used to study there now taking a few months break before I transfer over to Aussie =D
oh and I'm the occasional odd-job student ambassador guy as well who takes up certain work when needed ahaha even now ronson and albert still let me work so I go when they need me ahaha =D or any other event wanted to work for the coming career fair but after seeing it's mostly for Hospitality Students I become a bit lazy ahaha =P

Why don't they just implement a new system to allow students to reserve the room for the coming sem, paying but not staying is a big loss!

If you can reserve the room, then they'll be the one making the loss.
