haha actually I believe hikari just graduated not too long ago...
Yeah I'm no longer a student in TUC since last July though I still go there occasionally to hang out with friends, pick up some documents and fill in some forms, events etc. =D
Though not really count as graduate la I'm taking some time off to work for a while and gain some experience before I transfer to Australia next February ^^ still waiting for offers from some Universities before I decide which one ^^
Well there's not really much difference whether you transfer to Adelaide or stay in Malaysia. You still get the same transcripts and the same degree.
The significant difference being it's more expensive in Adelaide, you can get some more new experience in Adelaide and you would have a wider choice of electives if you were to go to Adelaide as they allow you to choose from any subject in the University for your open electives not just subjects from the Division of Business (If you stay in TUC your choice of electives are limited to subjects from the Accounting and Marketing Major and certain subjects from the School of Communication since they also twin with UniSA if your Main Major is Applied Finance).
There's always foreign students in most of the courses though the most I met was from the Business Division and Hospitality since those two are the two largest Division's in TUC ^^"
The environment in Lakeside is ok, though maybe a bit tiresome to walk around ahaha. I see the shops at the Lakeside Plaza are starting to open now so there should be more food options now lol >_<
Yeah the majority of students shall be Chinese but like nicky87 said, that is mostly true in most popular IPTS in Malaysia.
For UniSA you dress casual as long as it doesn't go against TUC's dresscode =D

is taylors college a recommend uni to do my bachelor of applied finance ?
Well I would recommend it but that's my choice though it's really subjective which uni is recommended according to your specific case and preference.
