Do tell me where and how much you'll be getting it.
Now considering deeply between Playon (mini) and WDTV Live.

If you are not intend to use POHD to play rmvb files, you should go for WDTV Live

Do you guys have any problem reading mkv, etc?
Really considering POHD/Mini and the WDTV Live. I can live without the rmvb files, just a question on the others HD format files.
*
You already answered your own question laugh.gif .....if rmvb files are not important to you, choose the WDTV Live as elites here did mentioned that the PQ of WDTV Live is better

Actually the PQ not really different. If you use 1080p projector project to 120", then you might notice the different. My AV intallers also mention can't see the different for 60" LCD full HD.

Not only the RMVB file capable, but a lot of advantages features in POHD, like time seek, YAMJ, BDISO and BDMV supported, subtitle font size and colour changeable, HDMI cable, full function of remote control, etc....
*
Ya, undoubtedly the POHD has advantage in features like time seek & YAMJ.....but it seems that the latest fw for YAMJ still got bugs, and are you sure that POHD can play BDISO? hmm.gif

For me, I dl those big title (eg. Born Rich, Rosy Business...etc) in 720p, others I dl normal rmvb, if every series dl in 720p, it would use up a lot of hdd spaces......undoubtedly I still prefer series in 720p thumbup.gif

updated mine with latest official firmware...seems to be much stable in my setup (POHD to Pioneer AVR to LCD - all via HDMI)...comparable with 2388 that i been using (despite playing around with several beta firmware after that)...

all things works accordingly. no issue playing any file (via internal HDD, external usb or even wireless). tested mkv, rmvb, wmv and BDMV (only few minutes test).

subtitles are whiter, wireless seems to be faster a bit, i can get 4.5mbps transfer (before only 2.5mbps). able to connect to and from pohd to pc (win 7 ultimate) or vice versa (u need to turn on Samba). Able to play music  and view picture and online radio also no problem. but not tested bittorent coz i use pc as downloading server)

the only problem i face now is when i connect to my pc i only see certain files like less then 20...but when i browse in my server i actually do have more then 20 files...

Cool, I will update tonight and try the BDMV
