Had that njury before, did not recover for a month. Then i went to seek treatment through acupuncture and it works well.

Of course i did not g to those locally trained acupuncturist. I went to tung shin where they get doctors from china, reputable ones that is

Thanks bro, I heard tung shin is not bad and is quite cheap as well, less than rm10 if not wrong.

10 bucks usually are those local practitoners. I went for those china professors with alot ofyears of experience according to their history. 22 bucks per treatment, if u drink their meds thag heals the whole body it will be faster.
Depending on how severe the injury is. My first injury which was my wrist took me around 7 treatments. 20-25 mins of acupncture treatment.

Second arm injury took me like 13 treatments to recover

Good to hear that. I prefer going ther rather than taking my chances from the self proclaimed acupuncturist heh

i have a few questions regarding a shoulder injury.. i injured it a long time ago while rock climbing.. my shoulder felt like it pop out and when back in.. then the other day i was swimming and the same thing happened.. now the shoulder is in place.. but the muscles on the shoulder hurts, it hurts when my arms are straight up and i try to rotate it backwards.. and the shoulder doesn't feel at tight as it should.. any idea what the injury could be? or how to recover faster? sleeping has not been easy as i tend to put my arm under the pillow.. its been 2 weeks already..

Hey raynx

the sport doctor that u mentioned, does the doc treats internal injury such as nerves caused while lifting weights?

how much is the treatment fees?

He treats any injury related to/caused by sports. The best part is, if he wouldnt simply ask you to stop working out but he will show and teach you corrective exercises. Unless you have some really serious injury, he wouldnt simply ask you to go for surgery.

I guess the treatment fee varies. first consultation fee was the most expensive. If i am not mistaken it costs me around rm180. subsequent treatment/physio fees are cheaper within the range of rm70-90.

anyway, i think i depends on how serious the injury is.

Should try aston clinic if the problem stoll persist i suppose.

Went there today, quite good experience, at least the nagging pain has lessen but i had to stop any form of exercise for the time being.
