nobody wants to buy a ylod ps3. if got buyer, they probably pay RM300 for it if you are lucky.

just buy a new slim from sony malaysia. don't buy from those other store that sell imported ps3. pay more for malaysia warranty save you a lot of trouble later.

Buy from Sony is the best and safest choice because some stores & individual will sell you imported ps3 and claim it to be malaysia set.

i think you need both the receipt and serial number to claim warranty.

if your ps3 is really from sony malaysia then you can send it back for repairs. if your warranty has already expired you will have to pay sony for repairs.

if you are very rich then buy a new slim ps3.

if you have another modem, try it with your ps3 and if internet connection still fail, then the network adapter in your ps3 has died.

you got a virus on your pc, but that has nothing to do with your ps3 not being able to make a connection.

your internet connection is bad in general. report it to your ISP.

if your ps3 is official sony malaysia set, you can send it back to sony for repairs. they will fix your set or give you a refurbished fat ps3 as a replacement.

call 1-300-88-1233 to check your warranty. if you registered online before, you shouldn't have any problems with warranty.

No problem, dood. This is why I always say, you should buy your ps3 from Sony Style or Sony Centre. If you buy it from some other shop, it's very hard to claim warranty.

if you register your ps3 at Playstation Malaysia website, you get another 90 days on the standard 1 year warranty.
