HI, may I know a probationary estate agent (PEA registered with the BOVAEA) being paid with a salary or wages by firm?
Or it is on a commission basis?
This is because the condition to be registered as a real estate agent with E license need to acquire minimum 2 years of working experience and TPC interview.
Currently I'm finding on the real estate firm and hopefully may you gv me some advices?

Hi, is there any part time course for degree in property management or similar?

Yes, Local university UTM did offer part time degree programme for 5 years.

Thanks for your info..the course is in Johor right? have to be based in Johor lo?

Can take in UTM Space in KL too.
