Hello, I'm interested to enroll in real estate license course
yet I still not sure whether I can handle it
so I might buy some course book and review it first,
after get the courage and the knowledge, then I just sit for the exam.

I think the course itself is not too hard.
The thing is whether can passed all the paper in Part 1 and Part 2 exam as Board of Valuer is a professional body that regulate licensing in Malaysia.

1. may I resit for the particular subject if failed, and the passed one exempt?
2. may I choose to sit for 1 subject after the course of that subject finished, let say 3 months after sit for 1 subject exam, another 3 months 2nd subject and so on.
