where to buy cheap dumbbell?

if u guys wanna buy curl bar, i bought it in selayang mall at rm65 only compare to other fitness store....but the plate over there is quite expensive which is rm10 per kg n at fitness concept is about rm 6-rm8 if i'm not mistaken...
