I believe you wanted to include the whole Buddha Statue in the picture with the two ladies,but try to take at least 3/4 of their body length else the picture will not look good.Yes, bad composition

Flash very soft, i just make it like that - LR - contrast+ / +black / +fill light. / +Clarity / -temp
wanna try different color tone and effect. Thanks for your comment, i'll improve it next time.
