nope again...
HTT is a crucial part in the mobile CPU for Intel, since they like to hold on to their claim of 30% performance increase at only 10% increase of die size... as u can see, they rather keep HTT in i3 rather than Turbo Boost (which is the other way round on desktop)... |

Just turn on your Bluetooth Adapter in you laptop, and use your phone to send item via bluetooth, then let it search your laptop ("normally the name of your PC you put when 1st time enter windows").
