musim SG lari dari cage..hurmm...suggie is a very good escape artist.

1.seal yr room.ensure he can't snipped out under the door.

2.check on ever corner of yr room

3.he maybe stressed so offering food wont be much.but let the cage door open in case he crawl back.

4.check inside your hanging jeans or shorts behind the door.

5.possible place :- high and dark area.

6.Slowly remove all yr belongings from room.but do the inspecting..like those CSI 'bikin'..but do not move the cage position.

7.DO not make any loud noise.that will scare him.

8.i hope the SG can recognize your scent/smell.do avoid fragrance/perfume tonight.

9.if he happened used more than 2 sleeping/bonding pouch, take one and gantung at possible place.

10.I assume yr SG is still joey..then he need lots of sleep.so wait patiently tonight.

good luck.

Something cheap but giving a highly rewards to your sugar glider. This is the medicine box you can get from 100yen shop.. RM5-comes in five in varies color.. poke few hole then put treats inside and they really are able to open up and eat. hide the box somewhere like underneath the hammock or inside ball pit.Enjoy seeing them having fun searching for the treats~

Above items you can find in all local hardware stores. This plastic chains is a useful toys for sugar glider to hang around.Use cable strap to hang it inside their cage.Make sure the size are not to small or too big

my luna still not eating pellet , now getting skinny lah. keep on eating fruits , somemore she doesnt know how to drink using the bottle. for now i'm feeding her yogurt and fruits only. kinda worried
*
if she don't want to eat pellet food, then why force? what to worried?

did u know that pellet food IS NOT main course for sugar glider meals?

what type of pellet food u talking about?

it's getting a trend nowadays to feed the sugar glider with pellet food which i don't know why this kind of attitude came from.

stick to the main course

QUOTE(emino @ Jun 6 2010, 10:30 PM)
so your argument if we care more about them, we should blog about them? if not were not in-love with our pets? this is bullshit. i've been around long enough to see some owners blog about their gliders daily, but turned it into a complete shrine to their lovely BF or whatever, and abandon their gliders to the highest bidder on Mudah or whatever.

what good does blogging about them does when later on you doesn't even keep them properly? or better yet, later on giving them up because of new gf doesnt like it lah, nak sambung study lah, itu lah, ini lah.

what does matter is that the owner managed to maintain a good and comfortable life for his/her gliders over the years throughout their entire lifespan. not all people are skilled to write, or have the knowledge to set up a blog, or maybe they live a complete life and not having enough time to sit down and blog, but it doesn't mean they love their gliders any less than you do.
*
i must say that blogging about sugar glider intended to provide either simple or useful tips for other owners.

but first, as per mention by emino..

we must have passion and commitment to own and manage a good life for our sugar glider.
After that only we can start to documented all the experience onto blogs for sharing purposes.

not to blogging about sugar gliders wont make u a bad and "not enough person who really care bout glider". It just matter of choice. Many of forumers here don't have blogs about sugar glider, but believe me if u call/pm one of them phone, they willing help and explain.

for me, blogging about sugar glider helps to keep your (sugar glider owner) passion and mental strength too.The more u write about your sugar glider , the more studies and info u will gained.

Therefore, when a person emailed me regarding how frustrated he/she having one or pair of sugar glider (due to impulse buying), i will suggest them to calm down and built up their morals strength.one of it is by blogging or wrote a daily/weekly journals. That will keep their interest to continue providing their SG needs.

kalau mental owner koyak, then how to keep your glider happy at all time? sweat.gif

We can't predict our future and only time will tell when will for either of us to 'let go' our sugar glider.
hell, i also dunno how long i can work here or suddenly have report at hong kong/singapore office.

Just can't blame them..but clearly one must know this is up to 15 years commitment too!

just my 2cents icon_rolleyes.gif
