Poor Ticket sales? Wasn't more then 3/4 of the hall sold out? that's a good run already.

Yeah even for the 2:30 show it seemed kinda crowded. The screaming and cheering was loud enough in my opinion.

yeah...for the 8.30 show i only notice the Rm 200 on the right & left side kinda empty. the rest is full house

i went for 8.30pm show, sitting at PS5 (3rd floor) it's almost 75% occupied, not too bad la.... the only complaint i have is the sound volume kinda low at the beginning.

the funniest part of the show when space invader dude (aka douglas128) on stage :
Tommy : where are u from ?
space invader dude : er... around...
Tommy : u not from Singapore right ?
crowd : BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
hahahahahaha...

also bravo to Victor with over 2000 of crowd screaming "EXPERT!!EXPERT!!EXPERT!!" u still manage to rock the song till the end !

i think it was pretty poor, In VGA website, i saw the ticket sales for malaysia was :"ON SALE NOW"
in other countries, the ticket would hit "Selling lots" few weeks before the show starts, and "Sold out" when nearing the show.
Malaysia gamers arent supportive

PC FAIR, OMFG, really PEOPLE MOUNTAIN PEOPLE SEA

I think maybe they didn't do much of a publicity. I just saw some banners near Cempaka LRT station, a LCD TV ads at Ampang Park, and the NTV7 coverage. Other than that, most of them are by word of mouth in forums and VGL twitter page.

Oh, yeah. Walking towards KLCC plenary hall against the stream of the PC Fair crowd is like... OMG!

they played the orchestral version of the theme... maybe sounds quite different from the game version?

and they didn't put any games footage but showed just Disney footages, which IMHO was enuff to evoke memories...
Donald Duck, the Pinnochio whale, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan (yikes, the clock tower), The Little Mermaid, etc... no Nightmare Before Christmas though

It was really good and a great experience. Well it's consider good since they manage to fill it up most of it.

Went for the 8.30 show.

They did played the kingdom heart song but I think square enix could have didn't gave the right to show gameplay footage i guess. Even when One Wing Angel was played, they show cosplay instead of FF7 game.

The only silence part was when Halo theme was played.

I only pity those orchestra players. Can see their face was worn out after the 1st show.

cause square enix dont want give VGA the rights to show the game fotages, so they use the disney cartoon.
I think he miss it, they didnt do any announcement like :" The concert will begin shortly, please proceed to your seats after this"
or something

well.. cant say much.. since not all gamers ARE interested with the music.. but not for me hehe...
most game music like sonic, metal gear, chrono series, castlevania, mario, final fantasy, etc really can bring tears to my eyes (since not many people can afford just to go to other country just to hear those specific game/anime orchestra performance )
Its all about the willing to spend for it.
I ask lots of my friend to go but when it come to the ticket price.... suddenly no respon at all

well it does pays for 1st class seat I heard them clear from the beginning till end

This event will be one of the most thing I remember in my life.
