Ok now i have a problem.

now i get -10,0,10 for pitch.

on normal mode.

when i set my pitch curve for normal, at the 3rd point, i put 50%, my pitch reading is +6, i have to put my pitch curve at 80% then i get 0 on pitch...

how to fix these?

Yup, i got -10,0,10 with Swsh Mix of A:50%,E:50%, P:60%

And follow exactly the setting above.

So let say now, i wanted to increase from -10,0,10 to -12,0,1270
I finally understand now, thank you, so

1.The only way to do it is to increse the value of P: under swash mix, until i get -12,0,12 izzit?

2. where is the rate mode switch? when i flip the GEAR 0/1 switch on DSX7 (at the right side), i didnt see any rate mode, both head holding mode, i have the under GYRO SENS to auto 0:72 1:28

3. in the finless mod video on setting up gy401, it said that when u change the percentage 0: 50% the gyro is off, and there is no red light. but on my gyro, there's still red light, even though i change to 0%...


for my question no 2, i found out something..

ans 2. i only notice a RATE mode when i change both to 0:50% and 1:50%, now my gyro is in RATE mode. but if i change to 0:70% 1: 50%, my gyro will be in HH mode no matter if i toggle the gear switch to 0 or 1.

how do i get to rate mode when i toggle the gear switch to no 1, and HH mode on 0?

bro, dsx7 and dx7 is exactly the same, the only difference is dx7 idle up is on left while dsx7 is on the right. other than that all the same, same program, same setup.

problem is, i dont actually understand what are you trying to say..hehe..sorryy..can explain a little bit more slowly and detail... sorrrryyyyy

oh yeah,

for the ESC, what do you guys normally set for CUT OFF MODE, cutoff threshold and timing?

soft-cut, cut off?
low, medium, high?

is there anyway i can disable the ST-1? so i only use NORM, and ST-2 while the ST-1 switch doesnt have any effect? reason is, im too use to futaba, i know one fine day i would accidentally toggle the idleup switch mode which is on the right, while on futaba right toggle is thr hold...

unable to disable st-1 is not worth my 0.01cents to change to another tx. this tx have everything i need.

last time when i bought 6ex, i got same comment, now i bought dsx7, got another same comment.. ha ha ha ha... SO dsx7 will stay with for a long time or i quit rc.

not gonna waste money on transmitter anymore, most importantly why waste money on so advance transmitter, dsx7 have all the heli funtion that i need, subtrim, timer, graph..that 6ex doesnt have. aren't those are the function that you enlightened me on why not to buy 6ex last time? hehehe...anyway its the hard practice that make you good pilot, not advance transmitter...right?

there's this guy called cikgu at my FF, and he's been using FUTABA 6EX all the way, yet he is the most respected person in the FF, his 3d skills is so darn good that he do piroflip with mode 1 using futaba 6ex. dont believe? go MRC, look for cikgu in impian emas flying field forum.

yeap, and so far im very happy with dsx7 its just the matter of how i use it. the graph thingy is nice, futaba 6ex is soo basic.

anyway, ask you guys, when i set my swashplate level (fully checked level with swashplate leveler) and when i hover, my heli tends to drift backward, i need to trim about 20click at the elevator then my heli will be damn stable...

thing is, if u were me, would u adjust the swashplate (extend the elevator link) or would u just leave the swashplate level and apply trim instead?

how do u check ur cog? hold your flybar?

yeah built everything from scratch.
maiden, and it was stable, i like it.

but now i have one problem.

it only hover at 95% throttle.

now im on -40 pitch for swashmix and get -10/10, checked mid pitch, its 0, 75% colective, its at 5deg. it onyl hover at 95% throttle UNLESS i change to -60 pitch which i get -13/13 then i can lift it up...at 75% colletive..but..its damn fast

but problem is why cant i hover at -10/10?

-13/13 is already already idleup on normal mode haha..wonder how idle up mode like!

back to my 450se v2... setup with jr propo, now i got no headspeed change when i flip to idleup.

the last time, i face this problem but solve the problem by resetting the throttle range..

for this one...it didnt solve the problem even after resetting throttle range...

when i do the throttle range, do i need to make the throttle linear on tx first then i set the throttle range or that doesnt matter?

i see.

so its normal to have trex to fly at 13 pitch?

is it ok to have alot of subtrim, let say my heli drift to left then i adjust using subtrim instead of turn the linkage? etc etc
