i read from the "health and fitness" subforum here that, we cannot slim any particular part of the body, as all will slim down naturally - all over your body

hi,

this topics is so much related to myself since i also have big thigh..seems like all the fat i gained stores there.. blink.gif anyway i just finished my a-level and had this conversation with my chemistry teacher before about the slimming cream. SLIMMING CREAM DOESNT BURN THE FATS! wink.gif i know i know its sad but this is the truth even though all the advertisements make it like they have the miracle cream.. the chemical substance just tighten your skin (just temporary) and dehydrate the skin.which mean,u may have smaller thigh (lost fews inch) but actually its just water retention. and again its temporary. this same principle apply to the machine at the slimming centre..haih..the way people make money nowadays..FYI i bought few creams before (Z* , LOR***, cream that contains capsaicin..) not cheap for sure and of course its not working....haih..
now my thighs a bit shrinks, not as big as last time, thanks to daily walks to college, shop, bus station, lrt, and also stress (examsssss) cool2.gif and i continues walking every morning too avoid fat accumulation around my thights area because i believe im naturally a pear shape wc mean fats tends too accumulate around lower part of my body if i exceed the recommend daily calories intake....so,i guess prevention is better then cure..

so i hope this post do help u guys .. icon_rolleyes.gif

eh, i tot walking and jogging or anything with a lot of mucsle in the thigh will make it more muscular... i mean look at those body builders. Excercise makes your thigh more muscular, i.e: way more huge... no? i walk a lot, so does my mom. ours has no difference. my mom's are nice while mine looked like elephant's.

I don't trust cream... i watched too many horror films...

this things cannot b hurry..if u want cheap n effective ways..u gotta be patient

i see ppl in my gym..really tried hard, do fatburn, go RPM, etc..end up d leg build muscle..which looks awful for me..mabbe they like it la..

if u'r going to gym..u have to do slowly, 1st burn all ur fats, dont over exercise..
if u havent burn d fats u have on ur body and u start doing cardio..u'll end up like muscular woman.. shocking.gif

i havent tried any slimming center b4...my weight last time was abo 58kg..now drop to 50kg...after signing up my gym...the chinese always says: "There is no ugly woman in the world, there is only lazy woman"...good luck gals! laugh.gif

coz, as you walk, cycle, run, you tend to firm the fats!

and it wont look flabby much...

so is nicer =)

TS, have to spare some time no matter what.. because, all these need patience ler..

maybe try this also lar...

it's true about being patient in cutting out the fat and loosing weight. it's all about portion control i.e. diet and exercise. if u expect short cuts to all this then maybe you should also expect ur weight to fluctuate and gain back twice all that you have lost.

in my personal experience of 10 months of patient exercising and portion control...i have lost 10 kgs. although you might think that is a VEERRRYYYY long time but at least i don't gain back the weight that i lost. my weight has somewhat stabilize at it's current weight when i don't exercise for 2-3 days or a week. Mind you i used to weigh 86 kg and now i weigh 76 kg. my aim is too be less than 75 kg by year end

I started my exercise regime with 5 mins of warming up and 30 mins (3 km) of brisk walking and 5 mins of cooling down. Now my intensity has increased to 40 mins (4 km) of brisk walking. hopefully i can join a 5 km run by year end.

it's all about disciplining yourself to be healthier. eating the right food with the right portion. Not forgetting you have to have enough sleep...

jsut sharing my 2cents worth...

Contrary to popular belief, thighs will respond readily to exercise. Do regular lunges, jumping jacks and use the butt crunches. Works wonders.

I hate say this...but there really nothing a girl can do if her thighs are fat....even if her other parts of her body are slim. It is genetical prob....not something we can do about it.

i think you should combine dieting with intensive weight training for your upper body, and slow endurance work for your legs, e.g. long distance walking. this will have the effect of rebalancing your weight to the upper body

Hit the gym, and combination of proper diet, workout will enable your thighs to become slim.

Not an easy path for many, I daresay.

I follow the video below to slim my tights and buttock.
It really works and you can see the difference within 2 weeks if you continue to do it everyday or once in 2 days

Youtube link http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=playe...d&v=_7fHGwLS8Y0

At first it was kind of hard as i can only perform 1st set only. The next day my tights muscle are painful. [due to lack of exercise]
However, after i perform this exercise for a week i can be able to complete 3 sets of this exercise.

Be patient and try it out. Good luck biggrin.gif

I'm using and also the same time selling a cream called Bio Bright Slimming Cream. It works pretty well. A mum of 2 kids recommended to me one. She successfully slim down her tummy, thighs and arms. biggrin.gif
