Injured my right shoulder when trying to spin a high ball yesterday, might be heading to a physiotherapist to check it out later, this is not the first time. Gosh, gotta be more careful next time as the pain is really unpleasant. Anybody faced the same problem before? |

wasn't really trying to emulate nadal, just that coincidently the ball came flying at such angle. Will rather miss that shot next time than risk my shoulder again.. |
