this is Erik Yong here.

Dun worry we will refund 100% of your fees.

You say we didn't tell you when you made the payment.....but u didn't ask also B4 you made the payment. But we confirm everybody who complete their registration will have a place in the draw.

The draw is made and the names are inserted into the draw when the particpants had bank in the fees, and care is done to avoid doubles partners and people from same Uni being drawn together.

That's why participants are put into the draw roughly according to their turn when they made the payment. Cos it's not wise to order more balls than needed.

erik, just a question... according to the draw, for those who are playing 1st round is S1-S4; from your email, you mentioned that 10 matches will be played simutaneously. but for those player who are playing 1st round, if they gget pass to 2nd round wil play at S11 & S14??? which means they hav not much time 2 rest??? bcuz lets say im in S1, then 10 match going on same time so its S1-S10, so next one will b S11 liaw which mean not much time 2 rest rite???
