if your wrist can't hold it's own, shouldn't you move to a lighter racquet?

Wow thanks for the advice guys. Maybe i dunno got it wrong, haha. Ok so when i volley with my own racquet against hard shots it tends to drop back. But i tried my friend's k.six-one 90 and that didn't happen. I've tried the Aerogel 300 (not the 4D version), overall i didn't like my forehand with it, but the backhand was wonderful. I'd say i'm a baseliner, but running occasionally to the net when I can. I'm open to other suggestions.
*
this one definitely is a TIGER. btw, i've got k90 in my bag but i'm using the ag300 as my main stick atm while slowly moving to the 4d200. the 4d200 plays somewhere between the k90 and ag300. it's almost as stable as the k90, but slightly lighter. ag300 is more maneuverable for me as it's lighter but have to sacrifice stability.

Yea twisting. i'm currently on a Flexpoint Rad MP (stock with no modifications unless u consider almost 4 layers of overgrip). Great for groundstrokes but a little too light on the head (to me at least).

Tiger? No la. I'd say lucky or perhaps the 'feel good' factor when I started holding those great racquets. The 4D200 plays lighter than the k90? But the specs say almost the same as the k90 (in this case i'm just comparing the asian version since i only see those).

So inv, which version of the 4D200 have you gotten?
*
ohh, i have the lightest version, the 16x19
