Today's haul .

Nice haul. I went to TRU at Mid Valley and couldn't find anything there. I was told that the latest wave was sold out real quick

Thanks .Well ,the fact that Bucky and Black Widow were short packed didn't make things any easier .Plus ,from what I was told ,only 1 to 3 cases made it to each outlet .

If that's the case I guess there's no more left for me. Do you have any idea when the next stock will arrive?

For single carded waves ,thus far I have not seen any restock .However ,for the Secret Wars CP ,there's been a restock about 2-3 weeks after the initial arrival .Maybe you can call up other TRU outlets in KL to confirm if there's any available figure for this wave ?

Sigh, disappointed. When I called TRU 1U they told me they got 2 of each for Thor, Luke Cage, Bucky and Captain America. So I told them to reserve all 4 for me. When I got there they only kept Luke Cage and figures from older waves, they claimed that after the call they found that the figures were no longer on the display. I found Extremis Iron Man though, eventually they managed to dig WW2 Captain America from somewhere. So I went home with Luke Cage, Iron Man and Captain America. Still a little disappointed that I couldn't get the 2 figures I wanted the most, Thor and Bucky. Even the newest wave of Secret Wars was not there.

That sucks .I think next time when you are calling TRU ,ask the receiver to check which figures are available and tell him or her to reserve for you .Sometimes ,they are reluctant to make reservations ,giving a number of reasons .
You can drop by at Parkson as MU figs are also sold there .Good luck in finding both Thor and Bucky .

Thanks, I'm still very pleased with the figures I managed to snag nevertheless. The Parksons that I went to never seemed to stock in anything beyond Secret Wars wave 2

Yeah ,scoring most of the figs that you wanted is better than getting none .
It's the same for Parkson outlets in PG .Rather slow in restocking new arrivals .But other than those two places ,I think your other choice is to hunt from ebay ,albeit having to pay a higher price .

The staff at TRU told me that the new stocks will probably come in at end of month. If not Isetan would probably bring in the new stock too.

That's some good news then .

yeah takara microman , got it by luck in hong kong. now one to get one is so hard. some links don't have the pics at all...

I was hunting for that fig ,way back in 2005 or 2006 but only managed to buy Batman and Catwoman .You were lucky indeed .
