100 Q-points for USD2 using this third party function, if directly buy from QQ just about USD1.5
(you gonna need a few minutes to talk to them, verify your identity with IC/passport/driving licence... then they will deliver the points... )
So if western version's top-up is cheaper then should go for Eu/Us then <- but i can't find those hosts that's why I play in China's.

If yes I would like to play it and another thing when I wanna download it I found that there is 3 region section for downloading the client.
Region for America, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
So which one should I download.
