Played on China's server. Is this game all about instancing?

Probably should go western... I can't find options to top-up cash shop with paypal/foreign credit cards o.O!! If there any way to do that please let me know

100 Q-points for USD2 using this third party function, if directly buy from QQ just about USD1.5
(you gonna need a few minutes to talk to them, verify your identity with IC/passport/driving licence... then they will deliver the points... )
So if western version's top-up is cheaper then should go for Eu/Us then <- but i can't find those hosts that's why I play in China's.
