and we both agreed with the price RM330, and i made payment at the same night.... and he agreed to post it out by tomolo noon, which is 25/01/2010.
but when come to 25/01/2010, i PM and sms him asking for tracking code, he ignored all my sms and PMs.....
at around 4.15pm, he PM me and said he's working just now, doesn't noticed there are sms and PMs...... and he agreed to send it out tomolo morning before his working hour (around 9am - 10am), which is 26/01/2010...... and i agreed......
but when come to 26/01/2010, i sms and PM him, no reply..... keep sms and PM....... then he reply me finally and said oledi sent out via poslaju....... then i requested for tracking code, and he gave me the tracking code ---------> EN 127126739 MY
on 27/01/2010, which is today, i try to trace the tracking code online...... no result....... i called poslaju 1300 300 300....... no such record........
then i PM him.... no reply...... sms him...... no reply...... but at noon, i saw him online.... then i PM him again...... no reply...... sms..... no reply....... after few minutes...... offline...... NICE JOB!!
just now...... i trace the code again...... no record..........
now...... i'm writing this thread

If they are not and the item reaches u tmr, u've ruined a guy's name.
26th send out, 27th might still not able to trace, this is normal. especially if he sends out late on 26th.

Details of the complaint :

On 24/01/2010, both agreed the price at RM460 including postage, and i made payment on the next day 25/1/10.... and he agreed to post it out by next day which is 26/01/2010.
He PM that the mobo has already sent out and gave me the tracking number EN252864146MY. He said that give sometime for poslaju to update the database.
till now 27/01/2010, i PM and sms him, he ignored all my sms and PMs.....

I think is quite similar to valtai30 case. Only different is the bank account is different.

the short version story is like this
- Have a deal on the price..
- I ask to postage n agreed without any additional cost..n give me different hp no as before
- I ask for bank detail n he said which bank?
- I reply CIMB n he give the bank detail (as above)
Now, let's try this fella as i have read this thread before
- I said i'm going out to do the transaction..(really went out to buy breakfast)
- At the restaurant, I called him n said the ATM machine rosak..so requested for Public bank acc as the PBB is nearby only..
- He said no other bank account.. ( if got PBB or maybank acc, sure i can compare with this thread )
- 10 minutes later, he sms me Skynet courier tracking no. (before i have completed the payment? )
- I sms him said i have made a payment (Of course no laa..it just for the sake to confirm the courier sompany & track no he said)
- reach home..straight go to skynet Online n luckily got the Raub branch phone no.
- i called Skynet n manage to talk to this nice girl..n she said the tracking no is false and nobody yet send any item to courier at Raub Skynet counter

Need ur ideas what should i do now before he realized i didn't make a payment?

Confirmed the same conman lah if the name is correct.
Send tracking code before buyer pays, that's his tactic of cheating.

if i not mistaken.. i met this guy around 2 years ago.. cod with him, plan to buy the fog lamp.. he drive waja.. and we met at kajang that time..

You guys can always track the bank account. I'm not an expert of ... tracking things myself but I think if you want to register/create a bank account, you'll need to have your MyKad for registration and all, unless it's some inside job. Evil things done will never have a good outcome, trust me, I know. I've just had this neighbour suka kacau2 my dogs, just recently saw him on wheelchair. Karma, like one of the repliers said.
