Details of the complaint :

On 08/09/2010, we both agree to ask my friend that going back to ipoh to COD him, but end up my friend was busy so then decided to do POS. then bank in money to him on the 14/9/2010 and said will send on the 15/9/2010, gave me an tracking number: ED133146212MY which is invalid. asked him about it he asked me to hold on, and gone missing since 17/9/10

ran a search of his name and found this thread.

the HP number is unreachable as of now. and i called 0169770808 (Low chee kong) and he say he dont know about lowyat.net and dont know who is lee ying soon. he says he seldom online and act suprise that his name and account number is in this forum, i ask for his email address so that i can send him the link, he say he dont have email address. end up i sms him this thread and ask him to talk to lee ying soon to return my money before i go report police. no reply as of now.
