any nice PSP games to intro??

pass my PSP to my girlfren since the day i bought my PS3 250GB slim... hahahaha

but then i still take good care of my PSP by protecting it with silicone cover, silicon button, silicon analog, hori pouch.. all using hori product..

btw, any game that similiar to Harvest moon to introduct? my gf seems to be addicted to it -.-

new harvest moon games will be release soon new leaf or sumthing.

if for your girlfren i recommend loco roco 1 and 2, if dont that, pixel junk monster.or pinball. patapon 1 and 2 also nice

Hi guys, which psp is more recommended to buy?2k with v2 mobo or 3k?2k with v2 mobo seems to be more stable and can be downgrade in case accidentally brick the psp but a 3k will have a brighter screen.Or is it worth to wait some clever one actually fully mod a 3k one day?

My psp is currently running on 3.71 M33-2. Can i directly update the firmware to 5.03 M33-6?

little big planet kinda dizzy game for me, cause the 3d style they trying to implement. pangya fun but sumtimes makes me wnna throw my psp in anger..... and also try buzz quiz world, kinda fun

@esdome, minimum firmware to update to 5.50gen d-3 would be 4.01m33 (if not mistaken)

tried the LBP, but it's kinda boring and i also don't know what's the game talking about -.-

Personally , i like Downstream Panic! lol....

Bomberman is just nice !! but somehow it's in japanese... i can't read them... the game is just simply fun !!

Downstream & Lumines never tried yet... have to watch the gameplay video first before getting em

Im using 5.5 gen d3, so far so good, all homebrew still work and running good, but d3 using new encryted savegame, if you have old savegame from other firmware, it wont load up, showing data error/corrupted. There is a way to convert old save game to new one to use with d3 but take quite lot of step. So if you dont mind old save game, or you got a new psp, or you don't save any/new game yet (on old firmware), then you can upgrade to d3.

I face a same problem with yours, in the first place i was thinking wanna remove the umd power cable (as i dont used umd quite often), but it need me to open up my psp and i dont have a proper tools for it.

To replace the UMD, that gonna cost me a lot of RM. So i google the web and found a plugin for custom firmware to disable a umd drive in VSH/GAME/POPS mode, so its totally disable the umd drive. The plugin call noumd.prx try google it and put it on your psp if you used a custom firmware.

Luckily i didn't simply update my psp to the latest FW.

My friend has this problem with his psp.
he said his psp cannot be turn on , he asked shop and the people there say sony has blocked his psp because he is playing pirated , but i search this forum and find nobody with the same problem , can anyone help me to solve this problem ? thanks.

There are indeed many people facing the same problems.Installing incompatible software will cause PSP to "brick" itself and make it can not be turned on.Try google about it and i believe there are ways to fix ur friends PSP,if it is not new.

most likely its a brick, and what kind of psp he's using? if its a psp3k, then most likely there is no way to recover it

Ermm.... must i use headphone made exclusively for PSP??The one im using with my Laptop doesn't fit.

Anyone can recommend me a place to get my PS3 fixed?

My HDMI port is fried according to Sony because I brought it back there to service but they are charging me RM640 to replace my HDMI port and the secondary motherboard.

I called Tim from Playtime and he said only Sony can fix it because they don't have the software to access the motherboard after fixing.

Any idea where can I get it done?
