5.50 gen D3 or 5.03gen c?

5.50 gen D3 is only for PSP1000 and most PSP2000

PSP2000 with mobo ta088v3 and PSP3000 must use 5.03 GEN.
some smart guy in this thread tried to upgrade his PSP2000 with ta088v3 mobo and ended up bricking his PSP LOLz

depends what ur current official firmware version is. If it is 5.03 or lower, yes.

guy do any of you know how to make a prx file and what program do you need in order to do it? i want to make a prx file like playboy's 'factxmb' type and still cant figure out how even after research so i hope you guys can help me on it or any program that can open a prx file and read it. thx in advance

Depends on the pricing for psp 2000, but right now should be no more new psp 2000 with fully modded in the market..
