yeah, ans what the point for usb? ripping program?

and when the PVR function will be on?
USB Hard disk. Turns byond into PVR. Because when you record program you need to store the video somewhere. And the byond has no onboard HDD.

I'm also in the same boat with you...
really wanna Discovery HD, Wah Lai Toi HD and maybe Ria HD...
but majority vs minority... sure majority win right

Same here. I want Discovery HD as well. But well, as said, majority wins. Their tactic is apparently to tarik all the kaki bola first.

RTM already did HDTV, Astro channel already in HD, when is Media Prima are going to join?

Media Prima a bit funny case. Dunno why they choose Chinese-Korean DMB-T digital format over European DVB-T that is already deployed by RTM. But because of their decision, existing DVB-T decoder cannot receive their test signal. Only option is to tumpang someone in China or Korea to bring back a DMB-T decoder.
Maybe they'll change their decision in the future... who knows. RTM already changed to transmitting in both systems, although their DMB-T signal only have RTM1 and 2 plus a bunch of radio channels, no Musik Aktif or any of their other DVB-T exclusive channels.
Looks like they're planning to follow South Korea. South Korea currently broadcasting in dual system as well, using ATSC mostly for house receivers and DMB-T mostly for portable/mobile entertainment.
