the Damai Phase 1 soft launch sold around 2 weeks and the owners just signed their S&P this months the location of Kemuning Utama was good, beside KESAS. but still there have some minor issues caused buyers no going to buy the houses... anyway, u prefer dsl, apartment, condo, studio type? i think quite difficult that u able to find new landed dsl around Klang Valley with RM250k This post has been edited by gkl83: Jan 25 2010, 02:03 PM |
