Seem like they're having problems selling Laman Baiduri. Was at a property fair Q3 last year and they're still selling with 5% discount till today?

The main attraction is it's from IJM and more importantly, it's a high rise lake front condo. The major drawback is it's LEASEHOLD.

hmm i wonder why was it not selling.... its near by alot of places... i think ppl find the traffic there terrible.
