The WSOD occurs wen the firmware boot analysis fails to verify the intergrity of memory card. This could happen due to improper plug out the memory card from computer or a laptop without terminating the active connection "Safely Remove Hardware" or force fone shutdown with taking out battery few times, these can lead to corrupted memory card.

Its same like a desktop / laptop computer, the more u improper shutdown, the problem will rise on the next start

Its advisable to make a full backup of memory card somewhere in computer, incase of crash, the user can just format the memory card and opy back the old data

I installed ovi maps via SW update (over wifi), i didn't install any map but already have malaysia map inside? cuz when i use it i can see my house already.

BTW before install i have 61mb free, now 46mb, 15mb gone. XM, the installation when i download via SW update is saved into phone memory or memory card? i can't find it in the download folder, i wan to remove it if it's in my phone memory.

if u update only malaysia map via map loader, it'll save in memory card, only the Nokia OVI Maps application will fall under phone memory ..

Have ure Nokia OVI Maps pre-installed in the phone ..

1. Move all ure CITIES folder from phone to PC.
2. Download the empty CITIES folder from FP and copy to memory card (My own re-contructed BLANK folder).
3. Download the offline Malaysia map from FP (this i ripped from Map Loader itself).
4. Extract the folder numbered 01234567890abcdef to the BLANK CITIES folder into E:\CITIES\diskcache
5. Now start Nokia OVI Maps and test it out ..

btw, u can actually free up 2.5MB space by uninstalling the "Share Location (got 3 of it ) under Applications Manager, which I think most people never use to share ure location with others (tested last nite).

I just re-installed my youtube, it shows startup then automatically jump out and close application. What is the problem? =/

search FP on signing Cerfiticate method, u need apply CER n KEY from the given site, takes approx 4 hrs

I didn't use map loader or what, i just installed ovi maps via sw update, then got map preinstalled already. I will try out your way then.
