i actually called thundermatch and i get directed (not like what kind of service i get from other it store). i was quite pleased by the service that they ask me to email them my needs and will reply me asap. so i email them about advice on assembling a new pc. i wrote there i wan i7 processor and to my disappointment they gimme an i5 spec. moreover it's so obvious that the motherboard and processor they gimme are not compatible, so unprofessional. i was quite pissed off so i send an email replying them telling them i will visit the shop to assemble my pc.
first i went there i happy one. then i go in there look see look see no ppl like that. ppl pretending to be busy. then i stand there for few minutes and nobody serve. my mom so 'paiseh' enuff to waive and ask a person to come. They gimme a trainee to assemble my pc wtf? ask him 10 things he like wan answer don wanna answer. then i saw another guy from hdd section i ask him. he serve better but obviously he din know much about hadware and he nidda ask the trainee. after some moment i asked the trainee to bring me the power supply to show me. i waited there few mins still no sign of him coming back. the hdd guy went and find him then i think he came back from our back and start watching the tv (girls generation lor wtf!). i was there and i started to 'mengamuk'. luckily the assistant manager came and assist me. i was quite relieve with the service by the asst. manager. however i was told that there was no more ram. so after some discussion, they allow me to buy from other shops and assemble for me without extra charges.
but then after i susah payah go find the ram (so many shops out of stock) and come back, then only they tell me their motherboard out of stock and wanna gimme an intel board. wtf! i was so pissed off and i say i don wan the things anymore. i tell them i'm going to another shop to assemble and walk off the shop in front of them. apparently i go to another shop with a better service than this crap i'm getting and get my pc home happily.
Y i give thundermatch the chance in the first place becuz my office all the comps i bought from HP which the retailer is thundermatch. i really think they serve well so i thinking to let them assemble my pc. To my disappointment, today i get this kind of low class service.
thundermatch is a good shop. i can find most of the details i nid online. but the management of monitoring the staffs are bad. They let the staff take the remote control, sit there peacefully watching girls generation, or let the staff just pretend to be busy(very obvious, they walk here and there but doing nothing) and make the customer leave.
this time i'm not gonna go thundermatch anymore seriously. i will still pong chan the mobility square (or something like this, the hp retailer) but not the big shop with big words 'THUNDERMATCH'. i seldom scold wtf so many times in one post. so that's it. kthxbai
