It is glad that TMT has a worker such friendly like you heard alot of bad impression on TMT(include your competitors la, lol), but none happens on me yet.. very interested that your company really provide free RMA charge as long as still under warranty, i mean not just 1 year, but until warranty end. like kingston ram lifetime warranty, so 20 years later spoil and claim is free? and when is opening a shop in terengganu, Kuala Terengganu for sure, so no need to go down kl or jb to seek for an item

oh, online sale is ok, but regarding RMA, cause i worry even first year i have to pay courier(that i send to u) but if buy shop which is everything free(dont count oil la,sure cheaper then courier also)
