I got really bad experience with the RMA service from ThunderMatch. I bought a few laptops with upgrades and OS from ThunderMatch last February with friends in seperated bill. However last year October one of the upgrade OEM RAM failed and I sent the RAM to Digital Mall branch since it is nearer to my working place (I bought it at LowYat previously). It has been more than 2 months plus and going to 3 months already and I have not receive any calls from your staff regarding the status of the RAM. There was once I called Digital Mall branch to check the status and one of your staff told me that the RAM is ready for collection, then I went over to collect and another staff told me it is with the supplier. This has wasted my time and petrol going over to Digital Mall to collect and at the end I did not get to collect anything and have to drive all the way back home.
All these while I am buying from S** C*** and A** I* in LowYat I got not that much problem with the warranty but ThunderMatch really make me think twice to buy from in future.
Please consider my complaint here and if you need the SRV#, please let me know and I will be happy to let you know the SRV# hoping that it could speed up the process a little by checking what is going on with the RAM that is taking up to 3 months soon.
