I had a very very bad experience with yr shop in batu pahat mall.

the malay salesperson was really unfriendly, speak in a raised and harsh tone, and shouting at me when we both got into a quarrel (u can imagine this, i never quarrel with any salesperson before in my entire life). He blaimed me for buying cheap stuffs that didnt meet my satisfaction, and said that if im a smart customer, i should choose a better priced good. (this is totally unacceptable. If i knew it, i wouldnt have buy from the shop in the first place)

He should not work there at all in the first place. Really bad impression and i will NEVER return to the shop, and i will ask my friends NOT to go to that shop at all. There are so many other IT shops . there's not a single reason to return there.

It really S****S!! (if u want, his name is Fa*** Zul. there's only 3 workers there)

this explains why most ppl voted that they had a bad experience and will never tell their friends to shop there anymore. (Just look at the poll !! its self-explanatory)

Did he tell u that i bought the hub for RM5 and he refunded me RM5? if he did tell u that, it is very obvious he is not an honest staff.

I bought the thing for RM10. and i only got back RM8 because 20% is not refunded due to your company policy. I cant believe he is still trying to defend himself. I have the receipt with me if u think that im making up stories. It is clearly stated there that it is RM10.

I understand that when he tested there it was working, this is because he only tested using a mini fan. I told him at home my pendrive and other usb devices cant work but he doesnt believes it.

I am not upset over the money issue, but i am over the work ethics n consumer rights.
