I voted for fourth one because they had a bad phone customer service, last time when I sent my hardware for RMA and waited for almost 1 month and then I call them. No one answer, kepp calling then only got people pick up and answer. Called 10 times they only answer one.
yeah i saw this thing not long ago at Lowyat branch,where the phone are ringing so long but heck no single staff care to answer it,then come 1 staff pick up the phone but by the time the caller already ended the call and u know what i hear that staff saying?"sial betul punya orang"
what an attitude there man,really dissapointed to witness that.
