Speechless, I myself a malaysian player got nothing to say to back you guys up. The deadline was announced in january, and it is your responsibility to know that, not the organizers fault that you guys didnt know about the deadline. Its about time all of you wake up, and stop being sloppy and late all the time, always waiting for the last minute and saying stuff like "aiya malaysian compy, last minute sure can register 1" yup. CIC7 Malaysian Edition was announced on crossfire.nu on the 20th of January 2010. I created a thread here on the lowyat.net forums, on the 21st of January 2010 and stated that the deadline for registration is on the 28th of February 2010. So lets see, thats 38 days for you to get your cans into gear and your shit sorted. Instructions were also posted up, right here on this very same thread on how to register.

If 16 CoD4 teams can and have registered, within the same deadline, what excuse can your community come up with?

I did speak to some of teams that contacted me after I announced that we were dropping CS1.6 for CIC7 and was still considering of opening it back up. In fact, we had a sponsor waiting to see the numbers before sponsoring money for the referees and the 2nd & 3rd placing prizes. Plus I had yet to inform the sponsor that we had decided to drop CS, due to lack to registrations.

So, the deadline passes, instead of asking nicely, you emo rage on the forums. Not only that, you start trolling the organisers and some of the old school CSers too. Well, I'm gonna drop the hammer. Thanks to you, Kimy, even if we have the teams, its not gonna happen. Do not think for a moment that, on the internet, there are no consequences to your actions.

CS1.6 for CIC7: ME is not gonna happen, all because of you, Kimy. I personally am not about to crack my head on trying to schedule in CS for a nubcake like you and the potential sponsor pulled out once they saw the shit you posted up. So yeah, NICE 1 LA Kimy. You had your chance, and you went and f**ked it up for everyone else too.

If this is what the Malaysian CS community has become, I'm not gonna bother trying to run tournaments or convince future sponsors for it. Good game, Malaysian CS.

Since CS's is dropped may i ask will COD4 start on sat or fri? to my knowledge if it starts on Friday alot of teams may not make it due to class or work. i even know some players are still applying to leave trying to get friday off.

Apparently he still doesn't understand what's going on.

I would have loved to see 1.6 on Saturday as well but as usual most of us would probably go "register on the day itself" rather than taking it seriously to register as early as possible. It's already good enough that you don't have to pay to register.

The thing is, 1.6 msia is not taking CIC7 seriously because they only know about WCG and ACG :\
