Btw, did you apply any transparent coating for finishing?

thx bro, yes i will apply a clear coat after finish painting all the parts

can give me some advise on how to apply clear coat ? thin layer by layer or thick layer ? clear coat are tricky to apply

erm...that is metallic black. i oso dunno why it like that it looks didnt 'metallic' to me

Maybe caused by the flash effect of your camera...

erm..maybe, but the side panel oso seems like a bit dull, the metallic flake will only shows up under strong sunlight

Because you are using some generic spraying can, not the high quality paint used for car...

wahhh clear coat omg..

how much u bought for 1 can?? i heard its far way expensive then normal paint spray..

and ur metallic black is a bit light in colour.. mine last time was a bit darker

price are variuos from place to place, lol far way expensive ? not actually

i buy at hardware shop RM5 per can, when buy at super market, RM 7.90 per can, same brand "Anchor".

the most expensive 1 are Flourescent color, 1 can = RM10, i buy 3 total RM30 bankrap lo ....

FYI, metallic color = RM5.50, flat color = RM5.00,


edit : about the darkness of the paint, depend on the angle u see it, some angle more darker, some angle more lighter.

maybe my camera shoot not properly, it appear lighter color than actual.

ye ker .. i ask my supplier.. clear coat for matte black is RM3x

metallic colours and flourescent is RM10 here while primer and normal ones range from RM6 - RM8 xD

RM30+ for clear coat ?

im using Anchor brand, primer also RM5 like normal color.

cuz is flourescent colour, so it will looks brighter. (i wonder will it glow in dark? )

hmm didn't know anchor got clear.. may i know what colour code for it ^^?

and i never used fluorescent before.. sakit mata haha i got astig problem

fluorescent can glow of course haha
heck it's bright enough that it looks like it is glowing..with or without black light aka uv light
