u can download qualizer at playnow, but i can tell u it will still make no sense even with the equalizer, its the speaker itself clumsy, not software....

I wastrying to install python & qt on vivaz but fail...and it seems like no1 interested in this other than me....
and i'm still looking for a good vedio player and photo browser, have tried so many (core player, smartmovie, divx player, etc...) but non of them work well, or cannot work at all...

i think for vivaz pro u cannot use this la, can only use normal leather pouch...

i think u mean u r using SE stanby theme right now, and want a wallpaper like the flow as a set. but, theres not "original" surface wallpaper, u can just replace the wallpaper with any pic. all theme except flow r base on normal S60v5 theme, not like the flow theme which is specially designed for SE stanby theme...

or u can just simply copy ur contact to sim card then copy to vivaz

or theres another way, at menu, option>organise>choose the app u want to uninstall, then delete.

option>organise> move the icon to whereever u want

i know hard reset will reset the settings to factory default, but will it delete all files witch is not belong to the original seeting? lets say i copy some files to c:\ xxx folder, will all of those files deleted? does it work like format c:>install a clean OS on PC, or just a re-install OS, but all the junk files still there?

from what i've read, bad comment about satio is alot more than good one, even its 12MP camera is not that good, well thats all i've heard about, never try before...
and the only bad thing about vivaz is the soft speaker (from most of the comment about vivaz i've heard), vivaz is a good choice is u dont mind its low volume speaker, yes its really low, sometimes i cant even hear the phone ringging, and rely on the vibration to know theres a call....
but overall, as a vivaz owner, i'm quite happy with it.
u can try yourself before u decide.

touch screen smart phones always consume more power than non-touch, and vivaz's battery already consider not bad compare to other smart phone, at least u dont have to charge it everyday, unless u r heavy user.
my old z610i, i only need to charge it once per week...

language on the phone is depends on the code on the phone, something like area code or something? unless u r able to change it....

if u only want to display korean/japanese font, u can just install the app Front Router & install a font type witch have korean/jap characters. but u cannot type la of course...but i'm not sure if u can type with handwriting if u got such character table..

here's a font witch support kor/jap char, u can also find other font if u dont like this 1, or u can use the ttf font on ur pc if u alreasy have 1.

from what i've read on other forum, some ppl facing the problem where the vivaz's mini usb port lose/coming out from the phone when they charge the phone, so dont put too many force when u plugin/unplug the usb, do it soft & tender

no not typo error, the prev SE connection port is called "Fast Port"

I've made a TV-out cable for vivaz, tested and it work





here's how the wiring for the connectors, u can get simillar cable from electronic shop too, but the the wiring might not be the same, so becareful. for me I bough a cable similar to this, cut open the connector molding & rewire/solder, glue back the molding, done.

yes u can, but the connection might not be the same, for exmaple the cable for iphone/ipad "look" exactly the same, but the wiring are different. its same like the handfree, iphone's handfree is NOT compatible with SE/nokia, although u can't tell any different by just looking at them.
i got mine from electronic shop oso, but then i found that the connection is a bit diff, so I modify it...
anyway, cable for nokia is same with SE.

yes, and, the more apps u installed, the longer it takes for the menu to apear, like me, it takes like 4-5 sec..
