No need PM-lah here can what...Avg ~ 2.5hr to 3hr ..dun really timed it agak-agak only

this is from my X10 mini. 5mp macro level... he he he should be almost the same as vivaz pro...

any1 having problem with gps? no satellite signal at all while using ovi map/ wisepilot or other software like votex, google map sometimes have 1, most of the time 0, try go to different location still the same...

anyway, how to disable bluetooth gps in garmin xt (5.00.60), there's no option to disable it in the setting...

No GPS probably u trying to get signal while under a shade/house, beside highrises or under a tree. U need clear open space-lah.

& furthermore, Vivaz GPS chipset is not as good as those Nokia...so time to acquire signal super slow even wth AGPS on!

gps is like that 1. on agps faster a lot i can get a lock in 10-20 sec with agps and around 2-5minute without.

i compare my vivaz garmin gps performance with my dad's nokia 5800 a few times can't notice any difference at all. u can say we lock on gps together and voice guidance also sync

well i'm not staying in 1 place to test the gps, i move around, from town area to kampung, and yes, i've the agps on, but still the same. no signal.
this is my new phone & it's the 1st time i test the gps on it. so i donno if it due to environment or the gps on the phone.

When I got the phone 1st time, & wth AGPS on, open field, under the moon, it took me almost 20min to get the signal...So wait-lah...Similarly, one of my neignour N97 also facing same thing..got me waiting ~ 20min to get satelite fix! & once you move from one location to another..have to wait again...If you go oversea, even worst...

As channel84 said about his dad 5800 & vivaz, probably mfg defect where diff set having diff antenna location & thus the signal weaknesses..

anyway, did any1 try python on vivaz? i can't get it work.
i download the sis files from maemo.org & sign it myself, but cant run after installed. do u need to heck ur phone to get it work?

i cant get wifi on my vivaz
does anyone hv this kind of prob???
can surf using maxis juz fine but no wifi...bummer
