Main diff only 4:
1) Bulkier & longer abit than Vivaz 2) heavier 3) Only 5MP camera compare to 8mp wth vivaz 4) sliding Keypad |

any1 having problem with gps? no satellite signal at all while using ovi map/ wisepilot or other software like votex, google map sometimes have 1, most of the time 0, try go to different location still the same...
anyway, how to disable bluetooth gps in garmin xt (5.00.60), there's no option to disable it in the setting... |

No GPS probably u trying to get signal while under a shade/house, beside highrises or under a tree. U need clear open space-lah.
& furthermore, Vivaz GPS chipset is not as good as those Nokia...so time to acquire signal super slow even wth AGPS on! Blutooth..that one kenot disable- part of the bugs |

When I got the phone 1st time, & wth AGPS on, open field, under the moon, it took me almost 20min to get the signal...So wait-lah...Similarly, one of my neignour N97 also facing same thing..got me waiting ~ 20min to get satelite fix! & once you move from one location to another..have to wait again...If you go oversea, even worst...
As channel84 said about his dad 5800 & vivaz, probably mfg defect where diff set having diff antenna location & thus the signal weaknesses.. anyway, did any1 try python on vivaz? i can't get it work.
i download the sis files from maemo.org & sign it myself, but cant run after installed. do u need to heck ur phone to get it work? |
