meaning other hot spot? kfc,plaza sentral,mid valley...all detectable but none usable i thought like using bluetooth,hv to search n add...tried this also,but still a no-no any ideas? |

Haiya...Those public hotspots esp Wan U, Mid Valley & Sunway pyramid for sure-lah..The on the wifi but switch off the network every weekend......Happened long tome ago..I also dunno why but I really hate wan u & Sunway wifi..as u said can't connect wan...
KFC, they also switch off at certain time esp during peak hour to avoid pp[l from sitting there for hours |

Depending on which day & location lah..Even I use my nokia 5800 also can't connect to most of the point except few there..try the Maybank counter in one U..That point wth lotsa ppl sitting down & surf..That location OK wan..

vivaz is cheaper by the day...less than rm1200 from mudah...not a month ago almost rm1.5k
any apps replacement for calender??? i prefer to keep events rather than appointment(also my off days,hehe) |

dont know if anyone here ard discovered this..
yesterday hand itchy installed something then uninstalled it...1 of the default program didnt work after that.. then tried firmware reinstallation..update service sw says i already have d latest firmware but i still proceed with the firmware installation.. somethings i found different from my previous fw although version is same - a new program call VIVAnews...but in indonesian language.. - new wallpaper n ringtones added - previously dictionary didnt work, now can d - and.....gps works better than before...i managed to lock signal in few attempts on different locations today...never failed to find signal...even raining just now...this is a very good news for most of us....tomorrow will try again... previously after first few days i got the phone..never able to find signal... btw...mine is ap set and US model...my previous fw was installed the next day it was launched..so SE missed something on the fw? hey guys... nid some help here on turning on AGPS.
As far as i know... it should be located at positioning method. But the list only show internal GPS, Bluetooth GPS, and network based. Besides dat, can anyone tell me wat is positioning server use for? because i just downloaded the setting and now it's using the digi internet as access point. Will it be any charges? |
