If you wanna play DVDs mostly, get a good upscaling DVD player around @ RM300. The PQ DOES improve no matter what people say. It loads faster that a hybrid BD player. My pioneer DV-410 even sounds better than sony BD-S360 when playing DVD. When you are ready for HD, save some money and buy a good BD player. Btw, PS3 is a good BD player but a bad DVD player... if pirate DVDs can sell as scraps, but good ori DVD are worth keeping. Unless u r so kaya can replace all dvds with BDs and old dvds buang tong sampah
