Just wondering WHY is Naza so difficult to put the customer name like me who order the car from the dealer into thier system? I don even know is my dealer help me to book my car or not? Let me share my little experiences and maybe that could help out ( especially those that ordered with Dealer ).
I first called the Careline middle of December and asking if my name shows up in the booking system. The careline agent asked for my Name.. cannot find, then asking for my IC number also cannot find.. then she asked where and when did I book my car and which Model.
I then gave all the details including the branch name, SA's name, total payment, dates, car models and etc. When I asked if they can check where am I on the booking queue. I am been told that only buyers who has allocated units will shows up in the system and hence the absent of info from the system is normal.
1 week later, I called again.. this time after they asked for my name, they directly pulled out my information and asking if my info is correct and they have the exact information given to them last time and is in the system and they are telling me no updates on my order and will contact me when they have allocation for me.
So, if you are booking from dealers, best is to call careline to update them your purchase information and they will creates a file profile for you to follow ups.
