It is the traditional ignition key.

good thing is no need oiling
oiling leads to even dirtier throttle body (TB)
since there's already some oil from cam cover will
get sucked into TB already.

As long as it's not 100% confirmed, you're likely to fall between the 2.1% category and still won't get the car hehe.
