QUOTE(kiaforteclub @ Feb 3 2010, 05:07 PM) fren CNY is your self impose marriage date not the date the Gal (forte) agreed lar! Let me get this straight. CNY is not a self imposed deadline by us. I booked as far back as November and they promised 2 weeks.2nd NAZA would not loose anything its u that'll lose the Gal cause NAZA will be able to marry her off once u abandon the marriage cause another guy will be waiting in line to proof himself to be the RIGHT HUSBAND not one that gave up even before passing thru the main door....... sad case Again we are not a bunch of stupid people where a car has greater priorities. We as buyers have given them a chance even a great leap of faith to book this car. This is not the best car in the world. All things being equal, I find the I30 as a worthy competitor. We do not have to proof anything as a buyer or your so called "worthy husband" status. A lot of people have made decision to sell off their cars on the understanding that the car can be delivered. Some even paid full payment for it. As someone said in their facebook, it is like putting RM80k in a bank and 2 weeks later bank says cannot withdraw money. So my sympathies with my fellow forumers who has paid substantial payments. In addition buying a car is not in isolation as the after sales support is equally important and the way Naza is managing the situation I am getting very concerned. |

True, i had this mindset oso when buying car. Even City oso need to wait until April, so if i can get b4 CNY it's a very big bonus. Else it's just how it is lah.
But then maybe it's NAZA, everyone think demand shud be not so high so sure can get car fast. Or it's becoz SA keep on promising we can get b4 CNY so our hope is high and so is disappointment. If they have told us we can only get our car in April during November launch then we won't be having this discussion already i think This post has been edited by toytoy: Feb 3 2010, 05:27 PM |

I agree with you 100%. People make decision based on what the SA says. Can you imagine the loss opportunity in the last 2 months waiting? Nissan Sylphy was RM2k cheaper if you bought in December, Toyota Altis with free insurance worth 3k (now no stock)But then maybe it's NAZA, everyone think demand shud be not so high so sure can get car fast. that's the difference some are based on faith and some did the proper research and DECIDED she's the ONLY ONE... someone promised before CNY but someone else also trying to stop u getting married before CNY cause they are jealous and demand compensation for her stealing your heart from marrying another.......get it? to me the jealous party seems to be winning when everyone gets upset and decides to marry another.... |

KFC,i wanted avanza 7mths ckd i wanted civic 4mths ckd i wanted lancer 6mths cbu i wanted myvi 4mths ckd i wanted persona 3mths totally ckd I think the main problem arise from the Part that when the Buyers getting the cars in the scenarios you mentioned. They have been informed that the waiting time is such and such and hence the buyers understand the contract and when the car can / maybe available based on the waiting time let it be 1, 2, 6 months and so on. The buyers will then patiently waiting for that car that he/she knew the waiting time, while driving their old car. Where in current Forte situations, the buyers have been promised a date / day that may be already 2 months ago, e.g. those that booked during November, which including myself and promised the car in 2 weeks time after launching. So, some excited buyers will then trusted the information that they will get their car in couple of weeks time let say if it is not 2 weeks but probably 3 to 4 weeks time can be still reasonable since is a new launch. Some will even sell the car to get the downpayment ready so that they can speed up the car registration once they are available but then after that, they are carless for few months and still holding on the the tiny hopes on the various updates, rumors from all kinds of sources. So, waiting with a know end point and waiting endlessly, there are a big different in terms of the stress some people has to go through. |

hey guys... received a call from my SA just few minutes ago, she is asking D/P and said she got management green light and there will be 2.0 b4 CNY. She said there are currently 200 units in the stock yard, which is Rawang.
Previously when I asked her many times she not dare to promise me anything and even said changes to get it b4 CNY is low, but just now after her meeting with NAZA management and she straight call and ask me to pay d/p tomorrow, so that she can process it. I then asked are you sure the 2.0 can be available b4 CNY, which is less than 10 days to go. She answered she has to take management word, since management said can then can lo... Anyone get the similar story? I wonder how many % we can take from the "management word" This post has been edited by IxCraZee: Feb 3 2010, 05:43 PM |

not going to blame anyone...
Naza- Want biz but cannot release car...not willing to pay more to settle current issue. Hanging halfway make customer geram. SA- Their promise is quite reasonable if we look back, the 2nd batch has arrived since Jan. They may be thought everything smooth...who know he next one come.. Kastam- Cannot comment scare kena ISA. Only 3 parties that possible cause the delay...CAR IS HERE and yet not ready to register. Who to blame? |

KF u already gotten ur car and enjoy it every single day but not us.... those who already car-less for weeks/months, and been getting empty promises from branches/dealers - SAs/managers...... Like mine case, I've been told can get the car weeks after I settled everything, I sold my car in advance as that time i can get replacement (riding friend's car for a month++). Till now everyone got their class started, leaves me car-less. Dont even want to mention how to I go to work everyday... |
