Hi All!

Anyone tried installing Silvia S15 stock 4-pot front brakes and rotor on a Sentra N16? Was it a plug and play for both?

Thank you. =)

It's definitely not plug and play... S15's is using 5 lugs, N16 is using 4 lugs...

Hi Vanquish!

Planning to re-drill the rotor to 4x114.3 PCD. But the thing I'm not very sure is after the re-drill, will it be just plug and play?

Thank you for your insight.

=)

I'm not very sure but I think you still need to modify the steering knuckle...

I'm not familiar with B11's shock absorbers... How old is your coil springs? Usually coil springs no need to change wan, unless you wanna lower your ride height... I would recommend that you use back OEM shocks, which is from Kayaba or APM, I think...

Front 2 is 'KOWA' brand & just 1 month old. I think d OEM absorbers are a soft la...thinking of getting the gas filled KYB...but afraid if made d wrong choice...slightly stiffer is fine as long as d body roll is not so much as it is right now.

Any experience user of KYB or APM shocks? Oh...thanks Vanquish for d heads up thumbup.gif

I'm currently using front OEM KYB and rear OEM APM shocks, they were pretty decent when they were new... They are slowly dying off now, I'm also pondering what kind of absorbers I should switch to...

Hi everyone, I have the following problem:

Model: Sentra 1.8 Auto

Problem: Normally, to shift gear, will step on the brake & click the button located at the gear stick.

Lately, cannot click this button (it is stuck).
Have to manually press the small red color button to shift.

Can anyone help?

The gearshift button must be broken, take it to a mechanic and get it checked.

hi,

a noob owner of a sentra xgl, 2003..
not sure if it's okay to start off with an inquiry from you guys..

other than going back to tan chong, any one of you happen to know of a place where i can do a eccs diagnostic check in petaling jaya? i was wondering if i can do something about my idling rpm..

any reliable nissan mechanics to recommend? (any idea how much would it cost to perform such diagnostic check and tuning?)

thanks for any feedback..
