Your under carriage tergeser is not becoz of spring too soft... It's becoz your absorbers kong'ed liao, get a set of new OEM ones and your problem will be solved...

I am looking for dampen lightweight crank pulley for my auto 1.6 N16 2008, anyone have suggestion, best is the size remain the same as stock but lighter. smile.gif

For comfort, use back the original dampers from APM

thanks for the suggestion bro titann16, is there any with jacked up ones because i'm running on ngv, when its fully loaded rear side of the car goes deep down, sometime will have a hard time to bypass bumpers.

The gap btw the rear tyres n the fender is so big n its still scratch ??? wow, it must b very heavy then.
Hemm... i have no idea, sorry.

Even i lowered my car (1 finger gap at rear), 4 adults n 2 children have no problem passing speed bumps hmm.gif

maybe u can try adjustable suspension, its stronger than stock, comfort wise it will be reduce too due to stiffness. smile.gif

erm~~~ air intake... turbo jet.... change to 5-30 engine oil~~ mod disc brake to N15~~~

You can go for either Alutec for N16, pricey but excellent built. No rubber dampening, but I know a few N16 running it without issues. Note that the Alutec uses 3pk belt for the smaller one, rather than 4pk for normal 1.6 SG in malaysia.
I m running Powerzone (local) lightened pulley, so far so good, no rubber dampening too, but i had to replace the crank seal since it is broken when the original was removed. You might want to replace it at the same time when you remove your original pulley.
