agree with schmeichel87 on the grassroots thing. good players need to be developed at an early stage. i'd like to add that football teams and the FAM in general should be free from too much political interests. the top guys should be those who are involved in football from their early life and knows everythong there is about football.
I agree with this.. I hate when politic people become a sport committee.. they only interested in money, nothing else than that..
