Is ur tranny auto?she said 40 bucks of caltex ron97 only last for 140km which is about 7km/l:sweat: i drive the car back and the engine sound is harsher and louder than before. service interval is still 3.5k km away. checked tires pressure, no problem. besides throttle body cleaning, any other suggestion? thanks guys Caltex is always giving good performance to my engine. QUOTE(yngwie @ Jan 21 2010, 07:45 PM) i was told waja oil filter was integrated into the oil pump. in order to change the oil filter, we need to change to oil pump. You means oil filter of fuel filter?is that true? cuz' as far as i know, the oil filter itself is located underneath the back seat Cause if at da back is fuel filter, and it's seperated from fuel pump. To access for fuel pump have to open backseat pillow while for fuel filter has to go underneath car. |

QUOTE(yngwie @ Jan 21 2010, 08:16 PM) Actually you need to change every 100,000km. Last time i changed too long time then looking at the dirts inside filter out so scared..there's a case a man have to overhaul his Waja due to the negligence to change fuel filter. |

If say auto tranny then i think 9km/liter should be ok..coz if manual is about 11-12km/liter..maybe others could confirm this.

QUOTE(tjroy @ Feb 2 2010, 04:10 PM) i got my uninstalled already and selling it, but recently i am thinking of installing it back, may i know why you choose utr over other LCP that doesn't have damper? thanks. As my mechanic recommendation, due to UTR LCP was made of forged aluminium billet compared to most other 'cheap' product using casting method. The mecahnic afraid that the cast LCP weight distribution is not balanced so will damage ur engine soon. |
